中文摘要: 为研究超声辅助低共熔溶剂提取红枣多糖的最优工艺,以红枣多糖提取率作为评价指标选择最佳的低共熔溶剂体系,对红枣多糖提取所需的超声温度、超声时间、料液比、含水量进行单因素和响应面试验分析。结果表明:提取红枣多糖的低共熔溶剂体系和摩尔比的最优条件为氯化胆碱∶尿素=1∶2,最优提取工艺为超声温度40℃,超声时间30 min,料液比 1∶10(g/mL),含水量 20%,在此条件下,红枣多糖提取率为(8.33±0.26)%。

Abstract:This study was conducted to elucidate optimal conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from jujube with ultrasound-assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction.The best deep eutectic solvent system was selected with the extraction rate of jujube polysaccharides as an evaluation index.Additionally,response surface methodology was used to optimize ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic treatment time,solid-liquid ratio,and water content;this was done solely with the aim of having the highest polysaccharide extraction rate.The results showed that the optimal eutectic agent system for extracting jujube polysaccharides consisted of choline chloride and urea,at a molar ratio of 1∶2.The optimal extraction process was characterized by the following conditions:an ultrasonic temperature of 40 ℃,ultrasonic treatment time of 30 min,and a solid to solvent ratio of 1∶10(g/mL),with water content at 20%.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of jujube polysaccharide was(8.33±0.26)%.
