中文摘要: 采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,HPLC-MS/MS)法对枸杞蜜中多酚类成分进行定性和定量分析,运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统,建立枸杞蜜的标准指纹图谱。通过质谱数据解析,枸杞蜜中共鉴定出9种多酚类化合物。在枸杞蜜中首次鉴定出花旗松素,将其作为枸杞蜜的特征性成分。通过建立的枸杞蜜标准指纹图谱,对市售的4个枸杞蜜进行真实性评价,表明有3个样品是真正的枸杞蜜。
Abstract:High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was employed for the qualitative and quantitative analyses of polyphenols in wolfberry honey.The standard fingerprint of wolfberry honey was established via similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint.A total of nine polyphenols were identified through HPLC-MS/MS.Taxifolin was identified in wolfberry honey for the first time and can be taken as the characteristic component of wolfberry honey.Furthermore,the established method was used to evaluate four wolfberry honey samples,which showed that three samples were authentic.
