中文摘要: 便秘是一种常见的病症,严重影响人们的生活质量。免疫系统功能、神经系统功能、短链脂肪酸含量以及肠道微生物组成等是影响肠道运动的重要因素,这些因素中任何一个失衡或功能障碍都会导致肠道运动异常,进而导致便秘症状。近年来,众多研究发现益生菌有助于肠道神经系统的发育和稳定,改善肠道微生物组成并提高肠道环境中短链脂肪酸的浓度,从而改善便秘症状。该文对益生菌改善肠道神经系统和肠道微生物环境及治疗便秘的机制和进展进行总结和研究。
Abstract:Constipation is a common condition that severely affects the quality of life of patients.There are several critical factors associated with normal intestinal motility,including the immune system,nervous system function,short-chain fatty acid content,and intestinal microbiota composition.Imbalance or dysfunction of any of these factors can lead to abnormal intestinal motility and subsequently the symptoms of constipation.Recently,numerous studies have found that probiotics contribute to the development and stability of the intestinal nervous system.Moreover,probiotics improve the microbial composition and concentration of short-chain fatty acids in the intestinal environment,thereby alleviating the symptoms and disease burden of constipation in patients.This paper summarizes and examines the mechanism and research progress of probiotics used in the treatment of constipation to improve the enteric nervous system and intestinal microbial environment.
