中文摘要: 建立自动石墨消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,ICPAES)测定苦水玫瑰中 6种元素含量的方法。结果表明:镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、镍(Ni)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)元素质量浓度在0~1mg/L范围内具有较好的线性关系,相关系数 R2均大于 0.999 5;Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn 检出限分别为 0.027、0.538、0.411、0.091、0.009、0.737 mg/L;Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn 加标回收率分别为 115.42、108.80、88.60、95.03、104.16、106.32 mg/L,试验相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)均小于10%。本试验应用所建立的方法对市售苦水玫瑰花茶重金属元素含量进行测定,RSD值范围为0.22%~5.52%,试验证明该方法具有操作简便、重复性好、精密度高等优点。
Abstract:Six heavy metals in R.setate× R.rugosa were determined by automatic graphite digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that the concentrations of cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr),copper(Cu),Nickel(Ni),lead(Pb),zinc(Zn)were linear in the range of 0-1 mg/L,the correlation coefficients R2were greater than 0.999 5;the detection limits were Cd 0.027 mg/L,Cr 0.538 mg/L,Cu 0.411 mg/L,Ni 0.091 mg/L,Pb 0.009 mg/L and Zn 0.737 mg/L;the spiked recoveries were 115.42,108.80,88.60,95.03,104.16,and 106.32 mg/L,respectively.The content of heavy metal elements in R.setate×R.rugosa tea was determined,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)values ranging from 0.22% to 5.52%.The test proved that the method was simple,reproducible,and precise.
