中文摘要: 采用微波辅助提取法,以50%乙醇作为提取剂,提取野菜鼠曲草中的黄酮类化合物,提取物经AB-8大孔树脂纯化后,利用高效液相色谱电喷雾离子化串联质谱(high performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry,LC-ESI-MS/MS)结合标准品比对法对其组成进行分析,从中鉴定出8种黄酮和3种酚酸类化合物:3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(4.957 μg/mg)、绿原酸(2.144 μg/mg)、奎宁酸(1.073 μg/mg)、毛地黄黄酮(0.884 μg/mg)、紫云英苷(0.777μg/mg)、金丝桃苷(0.486μg/mg)、芹菜素-7-葡萄糖苷(0.327μg/mg)、槲皮素-3-O-槐糖苷(0.144μg/mg)、槲皮素(0.072 μg/mg)、木犀草苷(0.066 μg/mg)和野黄芩苷(0.056 μg/mg)。其中奎宁酸、芹菜素-7-葡萄糖苷、紫云英苷、槲皮素-3-O-槐糖苷在该植物中尚属首次发现。

Abstract:Flavonoids were extracted from a wild vegetable,Gnaphalium affine,using a microwave-assisted extraction method;50% ethanol was used as a solvent and purified with AB-8 macroporous resin.The purified extract was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using high performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry with negative ion detection(LC-ESI-MS/MS)and a standard comparison method.Eight flavonoids and three phenolic acids were identified as follows:3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(4.957 μg/mg),chlorogenic acid(2.144 μg/mg),quinic acid(1.073 μg/mg),luteolin(0.884 μg/mg),astragalin(0.777 μg/mg),hyperoside(0.486 μg/mg),apigenin-7-glucoside(0.327 μg/mg),quercetin-3-O-sophoroside(0.144 μg/mg),quercetin(0.072 μg/mg),luteoloside(0.066 μg/mg),and scutellarin(0.056 μg/mg).Among them,quinic acid,apigenin-7-glucoside,astragalin,and quercetin-3-O-sophoroside were detected in the plant for the first time.
