中文摘要: 油脂酵母可将木质纤维素水解液转化为油脂,大大降低微生物油脂生产成本。该研究采用酸水解结合酶解的方法制备玉米秸秆水解液培养基,以圆红冬孢酵母(Rhodosporidium toruloides)CICC 32489为出发菌株,分别考察乙酸钠、维生素B6、甘油、柠檬酸钠对菌体产油脂的影响。在此基础上,应用响应面分析法优化了4种外源因子的最佳添加量为乙酸钠0.33%、维生素B60.02%、甘油0.27%、柠檬酸钠0.66%,优化后菌体的生物量、油脂含量、油脂产量显著提高(p<0.05)。
Abstract:Oil yeast could convert lignocellulose hydrolysate into oil,which could greatly reduce the production cost of microbial oil.In this study,corn straw hydrolysate medium was prepared by acid hydrolysis combined with enzymatic hydrolysis.Rhodosporidium toruloides CICC 32489 was used as the starting strain to investigate the effects of sodium acetate,vitamin B6,glycerol and sodium citrate on lipid production.On this basis,the response surface analysis method was applied to optimize the optimal addition amount of four exogenous factors:sodium acetate 0.33%,vitamin B60.02%,glycerin 0.27%,and sodium citrate 0.66%.After optimization,the biomass,lipid content and lipid yield of the bacteria were significantly improved(p<0.05).
