中文摘要: 为建立一种无需使用免疫亲和柱的食品中黄曲霉毒素检测前处理方法。该试验制备双层离子液体泡腾片,在水相提取液条件下,采用该泡腾片辅助萃取样品中的目标物。结果表明,离子液体泡腾片可高效、快速地将样品液中的黄曲霉毒素萃取至离子液体中,结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪可实现对目标物的定性与定量检测。4 种黄曲霉毒素化合物的回收率为90.33%~99.02%,相对标准偏差≤4.07%,检出限为0.02 ng/g。该方法具有高效、准确、灵敏度高、适用范围广的优势。适用于粮食、油脂、干果等样品的检测,且整体操作简便、试验耗时短、试剂消耗量少。
Abstract:To establish a pretreatment method for detecting aflatoxins in food without using immunoaffinity columns,a double-layer ionic liquid effervescent tablet was prepared. Under aqueous extraction conditions,this tablet was used to assist in the extraction of target substances from samples. The results showed that the ionic liquid effervescent tablet could efficiently and rapidly transfer aflatoxins from the sample solution into the ionic liquid,enabling qualitative and quantitative detection when combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The recoveries of the four aflatoxins ranged from 90.33% to 99.02%,with relative standard deviations below 4.07%,and a detection limit of 0.02 ng/g. This method is highly efficient,accurate,sensitive,and broadly applicable. It is suitable for detecting aflatoxins in grains,oils,and dried fruits,and features simple operation,short experimental time,and low reagent consumption.
