不同产地紫苏叶中有效成分的含量分析

中文摘要: 建立同时测定紫苏叶中有效成分含量的高效液相色谱法,以咖啡酸、阿魏酸、木犀草苷、迷迭香酸、木犀草素和紫苏醛的含量为指标,对不同产地紫苏叶中的有效成分进行分析。结果显示:不同产地紫苏叶中有效成分的含量存在较大的差异,河南辉县产地的紫苏叶中咖啡酸含量最高,为0.08%;山东东营产地的紫苏叶中阿魏酸、木犀草苷、木犀草素含量最高,分别为0.16%、0.23%、0.12%;安徽亳州产地的紫苏叶迷迭香酸含量最高,为0.32%;云南昭通产地的紫苏叶中紫苏醛含量最高,为0.12%。综上所述,山东东营和安徽亳州的紫苏叶质量最优,该研究所建立的紫苏叶中有效成分的分析方法简便易行、灵敏度高、结果准确。
Abstract:This paper aimed to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous detection of the content of effective components in Perilla frutescens leaves. The content of caffeic acid, ferulic acid, luteoloside, rosmarinic acid, luteolin, and perillaldehyde was used as indexes, and the effective components in Perilla frutescens leaves from different regions were analyzed. The results showed there were significant differences in the content of effective components in Perilla frutescens leaves from different regions. The caffeic acid content in Perilla frutescens leaves from Huixian City, Henan Province was the highest at 0.08%.The ferulic acid, luteoloside, and luteolin contents in Perilla frutescens leaves from Dongying City, Shandong Province were the highest at 0.16%, 0.23%, and 0.12%, respectively; the rosmarinic acid content in Perilla frutescens leaves from Bozhou City, Anhui Province was the highest, with a value of 0.32%. The perillaldehyde content in Perilla frutescens leaves from Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province was the highest, the value was 0.12%. To sum up, the quality of Perilla frutescens leaves from Dongying City, Shandong Province and Bozhou City, Anhui Province was the best. The analysis method of effective components in Perila frutescens leaves established in this study was simple, sensitive, and accurate.
