中文摘要: 罗布麻是中国传统的药用植物,也是极具特色的茶饮。目前,罗布麻中小分子物质的研究取得了一定成果,后续的研究重点开始向罗布麻中的大分子物质倾斜,因此罗布麻中的多糖受到广泛关注。该文就当前罗布麻多糖的提取、理化性质及其生物学活性进行分析总结,并探讨其生物活性的作用机制,分析当前研究中存在的问题并提出建议,旨在为罗布麻多糖的理化特性、生物学活性深入研究及应用开发提供理论参考。

Abstract:Apocynum venetum L. is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant and a highly distinctive tea drink. At present, research on small molecule substances in Apocynum venetum L. has achieved certain results, and the focus of subsequent research has begun to shift towards large molecule substances in Apocynum venetum L..Therefore, polysaccharides in Apocynum venetum L. have received widespread attention. The current extraction, physicochemical properties, and biological activities of Apocynum venetum L. polysaccharides were summarized, and the mechanism of their biological activities was explored. The existing problems in current research were analyzed, and suggestions were proposed, so as to provide theoretical references for the in-depth study and application development of the physicochemical properties and biological activities of Apocynum venetum L. polysaccharides.
