中文摘要: 鼠李糖乳杆菌因其良好的益生特性被广泛研究和应用。鼠李糖乳杆菌的重要代谢产物——胞外多糖,可作为后生元,发挥抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血脂与降胆固醇以及维护肠道内屏障等多种生物学活性。鼠李糖乳杆菌胞外多糖介导和维护肠道屏障稳态领域是当前的研究热点,对其相关研究进行归纳总结具有十分重要的意义。因此,该文将国内外鼠李糖乳杆菌胞外多糖介导维护肠道屏障稳态的相关研究进行归纳和总结,以期为鼠李糖乳杆菌胞外多糖作为后生元在维护肠道屏障方面的后续研究和应用提供理论基础。
Abstract:Lactobacillus rhamnosus has been widely studied and applied due to its good probiotic characteristics. Extracellular polysaccharides,an important metabolite of L. rhamnosus,can act as postbiotics to exert various biological activities,such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,lipid-lowering,cholesterol-lowering,and intestinal barrier maintenance. The field of extracellular polysaccharides mediating and maintaining intestinal barrier homeostasis by L. rhamnosus is currently a research hotspot,and a summary of the related studies is of great significance. Therefore,this study summarized the relevant research on the intestinal barrier maintenance homeostasis mediated by extracellular polysaccharides of L. rhamnosus at home and abroad. A theoretical basis was thus expected to be provided for the further research and application of extracellular polysaccharides of L.rhamnosus as postbiotics in maintaining the intestinal barrier.
