中文摘要: 该文从感官品质、营养品质、加工品质等方面出发,对青藏高原特有农产品-青稞的品质研究进展进行综述,探讨环境因子对青稞品质影响的研究现状,旨在为青稞品质的保持和提升、青稞品质评价标准的建立以及青稞从“数量安全型”向“品质优良型”的提升转化和高值开发利用等方面提供有效参考。
Abstract:From the perspectives of sensory quality,nutritional quality,and processing quality,this study reviewed the research progress on the quality of the highland barley,a unique agricultural product in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The research status quo of the influence of environmental factors on the quality of the highland barley was discussed. The aim was to provide effective references for quality maintenance and improvement,the establishment of quality evaluation standards,as well as the transformation from ′quantity security′ to ′quality excellence′ and high-value development and utilization.
