中文摘要: 蒲公英多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、提高免疫力等多种生物活性,具有较高的药用价值,通常以超声波辅助浸提法为主要提取方法,或复合酶解法等提取工艺。对超声波辅助浸提法、酶解法和微波萃取法提取蒲公英多糖及相关优化工艺进行综述,探讨蒲公英多糖的生物活性作用及相关研究内容,总结蒲公英多糖在食品中的应用,并提出其在未来研究的趋势。

Abstract:Dandelion polysaccharide with diverse biological activities such as anti-tumor,antioxidant,and immunity-enhancing activities has a high medicinal value.It is usually obtained by the ultrasound-assisted extraction method or complex enzyme hydrolysis method.The ultrasound-assisted extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis,and microwave-assisted extraction methods of dandelion polysaccharides were reviewed.Furthermore,the biological activities and food application of dandelion polysaccharide were summarized.Finally,the future research directions in this field were put forward.
