中文摘要: 金桔口味独特、营养丰富,具有较高的医疗保健价值。对近年来金桔采后处理及加工技术与副产物综合利用进行综述,包括分级、贮藏保鲜、包装等处理技术以及金桔果脯、果汁、精油、酒、醋、片等产品加工技术,介绍金桔副产物金桔叶和金桔籽的利用研究进展,为金桔的品质提升、深加工产品的市场化开发、农产品副产物高质化利用提供参考。
Abstract:Kumquat has unique taste,rich nutrition,and high medical and health-care value.This paper reviewed the postharvest treatment,processing technology,and comprehensive utilization of the by-products of kumquat in recent years,including classification,storage,packaging,and other postharvest treatment technologies,as well as the processing technologies of preserved fruit of kumquat,fruit juice,essential oil,wine,vinegar,tablets and other products.The research progress on the utilization of the by-products such as kumquat leaves and kumquat seeds was introduced.This paper provides references for the improvement of the quality of kumquat,the market-oriented development of deep-processing products,and the high-quality utilization of agricultural by-products.
