中文摘要: 为了解我国不同产地党参中主要化学成分的差异,解决现有党参质量控制指标缺乏的现状,该文建立我国不同产区(甘肃、贵州、山西、湖北、重庆)、不同品种(党参、素花党参、川党参)党参的指纹图谱,并对不同品种进行比较研究。结果表明:3种基源党参的相似度跨度范围均较大,不同产地的同一品种党参化学成分含量及种类变化较大。主成分分析表明,湖北恩施产川党参分布较为集中,批间一致性较好。而党参和素花党参中间差异较大,这与种植范围广有一定关系。
Abstract:To examine the differences in the main chemical components of Codonopsis pilosula from different producing regions in China and solve the current situation of lacking quality control indicators of Codonopsis pilosula,the fingerprints of different varieties(Codonopsis pilosula,Codonopsis pilosula var.mdesta,C.tangshen)from the main Codonopsis pilosula production areas(Gansu,Guizhou,Shanxi,Hubei and Sichuan)were established,and the different varieties were compared.The results showed that the similarity span of three kinds of Codonopsis pilosula from different origins was large,and the chemical composition content and species of the same variety of Codonopsis pilosula from different origins varied greatly.Principal component analysis showed that the distribution of Codonopsis pilosula in Enshi,Hubei Province was concentrated,and the consistency between batches was good.There is a big difference between Codonopsis pilosula and Codonopsis pilosula var.mdesta,which is related to wide planting range.
