中文摘要: 采用气相色谱法对黑枸杞油中的脂肪酸组成和含量进行分析,采用高效液相色谱法对其生育酚的组成和含量进行分析。结果表明:黑枸杞油含有10种不饱和脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸的89.9%,其中,亚油酸含量最高,为53.70 g/100 g,α-亚麻酸含量为12.00 g/100 g。黑枸杞油中亚油酸和α-亚麻酸含量高于大多数植物油和新资源籽油。生育酚的含量为33.60 mg/100 g,高于一些橄榄油中生育酚的含量。
Abstract:The composition and content of fatty acids in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.oil were analyzed by gas chromatography,and the composition and content of tocopherol were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that L.ruthenicum Murr.oil contained 10 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids,which accounted for 89.9%of the total fatty acids.The content of linoleic acid was the highest(53.70 g/100 g),and the content of α-linolenic acid was 12.00 g/100 g.The content of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid in L.ruthenicum Murr.oil was higher than those in most vegetable oils and new resource seed oils.The content of tocopherol was 33.60 mg/100 g in L.ruthenicum Murr.oil,which was higher than that in some olive oils.
