中文摘要: 桦褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)富含多糖、萜类、多酚等多种活性成分,具有抗癌、抗衰老、降血糖等多种药理作用。多糖作为桦褐孔菌最主要的活性物质,近年来成为食品和医药领域的研究热点。该文从桦褐孔菌多糖诱导发酵、提取工艺、分离纯化及作用功效等方面,综述近年来桦褐孔菌多糖研究的概况,并对存在的问题及其应用前景进行展望,旨在为桦褐孔菌多糖深入研究和开发应用提供参考。

Abstract:Inonotus obliquus is rich in polysaccharides,terpenoids,polyphenols,and other active components,which has anti-cancer,anti-aging,hypoglycemic,and other pharmacological effects.Polysaccharides,as the main active component of I.obliquus,have become a research hotspot in the field of food and medicine in recent years.This review summarized the recent research on polysaccharides from I.obliquus from the aspects of induced fermentation,extraction technology,separation and purification,and function and efficacy.The existing problems and the application prospects were also discussed.This paper aimed to provide references for the further investigation,production,and application of polysaccharides from I.obliquus.
