中文摘要: 槲寄生(Viscum coloratum)含有多种活性成分,对人体健康具有一定的促进作用。以茶树、梨树槲寄生为材料,采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱技术分析鉴定酚类和萜类化合物。根据化合物的母离子、精确分子质量和碎片离子等信息,结合相关数据库和文献,从茶树槲寄生中鉴定出8种酚类化合物和11种萜类化合物,梨树槲寄生中鉴定出13种酚类化合物和13种萜类化合物,两种槲寄生含有9种相同的化合物。茶树、梨树槲寄生中含有丰富的酚类和萜类化合物,可为茶树、梨树槲寄生的开发利用提供科学依据。
Abstract:Viscum coloratum(Kom.)Nakai is rich in active ingredients,which have the potential to improve human health.Phenolic and terpenoid compounds in Viscum coloratum(Kom.)Nakai hosted by Camellia assamica(Mast.) Chang and Pyrus,i,f.were analyzed and identified using ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC Q-TOF-MS).The study tentatively identified the compounds according to parent ions,accurate molecular mass,and fragment ions of the compounds,as well as with reference databases and data from the literature.Eight phenolic and 11 terpenoid compounds were detected from Viscum articulatum Burm.f.hosted by Camellia assamica (Mast.)Chang,and 13 phenolic and 13 terpenoid compounds were detected from Viscum liquidambaricolum Hayata hosted by Pyrus,i,f..In addition,the two types of Viscum coloratum(Kom.)Nakai contained nine identical compounds.Overall,there are abundant phe-nolic and terpenoid compounds in Viscum coloratum(Kom.)Nakai hosted by Camellia assamica(Mast.)Chang and Pyrus,i,f.,which can provide a scientific basis for their development and utilization.
