中文摘要: 黄花菜为百合科阿福花亚科萱草属的一种多年生草本植物,作为食品和传统药品已有上千年历史。黄花菜的主要功能成分是多酚、多糖和黄酮,具有降血脂、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗抑郁、抑菌等活性。文章主要总结近年来国内外对黄花菜主要活性成分的提取方法和功能研究的内容,以期为相关产业和研究人员提供研究思路。

Abstract:Hemerocallis citrina Baroni belongs to Asphodeloideae sub-family,Liliaceae family,which is a perennial herb.It has been used as food and traditional medicine for thousands of years.The main functional components of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni are polyphenols,polysaccharides and flavonoids,which have the activities of reducing blood fat,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,reducing blood sugar,anti-depression and antibacterial.This review mainly summarized the research content of the extraction methods and function of the main nutrients of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni at home and abroad in recent years,in order to provide research ideas for related industries and researchers.
