中文摘要: 甜瓜常见品种有兰州白兰瓜、新疆哈密瓜、内蒙古蜜瓜,甜瓜收获期处于夏季,再加上采后贮藏条件不佳,很容易造成甜瓜腐败变质,不仅降低甜瓜的品质,还造成大量的经济亏损。该文对甜瓜的物理、化学、生物等多种保鲜技术的研究进展进行综述,指出目前保鲜技术的优势和存在的问题,对甜瓜的保鲜技术进行展望,可为甜瓜的贮藏保鲜提供参考。
Abstract:Common varieties of melon include Lanzhou honeydew melon,Xinjiang cantaloupe,Inner Mongolia honeydew,the melon is harvest in summer.However,hot weather and poor storage conditions after harvest can easily cause it to decay and deteriorate,leading to reduced quality and a lot of economic losses.Research progress on several fresh-keeping technologies,considering the physical,chemical and biological properties of melon,could point out the advantages and existing problems of the current fresh-keeping technology.Finally,prospects on the of fresh-keeping technology of melon were discussed.
