中文摘要: 对桂花提取物中黄酮类化合物进行成分鉴定,为进一步开发利用桂花资源提供理论依据。采用乙醇回流法提取桂花中的物质,以芦丁为标准品建立标准曲线,采用NaNO2-A1(NO3)3-NaOH体系络合-分光光度法测定桂花提取物中黄酮类化合物的含量,通过液相色谱-质谱联用技术(liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer,LC-MS)对桂花提取物中黄酮类化合物进行成分鉴定。结果表明桂花提取物中黄酮类化合物的浓度为3.58 mg/mL,桂花提取物中有miconioside B、egonol gentiobioside、camellianin A等黄酮类化合物的存在,桂花提取物osthin中有miconioside B、negletein 6-[rhamnosyl-(1->2)-fucoside]、kenusanone J等黄酮类化合物的存在。
Abstract:The identification of flavonoids in Osmanthus fragrans Lour.extract provides a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Osmanthus fragrans Lour.resources.Metabolites were extracted from Osmanthus fragrans Lour.by an ethanol reflux method,and rutin was used to establish a standard curve.The flavonoid content of Osmanthus fragrans Lour.extract was determined using NaNO2-A1(NO3)3-NaOH system complexation and spectrophotometry.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)was used to identify flavonoids in Osmanthus fragrans extract.The concentration of flavonoids in Osmanthus fragrans Lour.extract was 3.58 mg/mL.Flavonoids included miconioside B,egonol gentiobioside,camellianin A.Miconioside B,negletein 6-[rhamnosyl-(1->2)-fucoside]and kenusanone J were found in Osmanthus fragrans Lour.extract osthin.Key words: Osmanthus fragrans Lour.;extract;liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometry (LC-MS);flavonoids;component identification
