中文摘要: 为得到梯棱羊肚菌最佳富硒条件,在硒浓度、装液量、发酵时间及pH值单因素试验的基础上,以菌丝生物量及富硒率为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验筛选出梯棱羊肚菌最佳液体富硒条件。结果表明:梯棱羊肚菌最佳液体富硒培养条件为:硒浓度20.0 mg/L、装液量125.0 mL/250.0 mL、发酵时间8 d、pH值为7.0,在此条件下菌丝生物量达到11.304 g/L,硒含量为0.683 mg/g,富硒率为37.15%。结果可为富硒羊肚菌液体菌种制备及羊肚菌富硒液体深层发酵提供参考。
Abstract:In order to obtain the best selenium-enriched condition of Morchella importuna esculenta,based on the single factor test of selenium concentration,liquid loading,fermentation time and pH value,the mycelial biomass and selenium enrichment rate were used to pass L9(34).Orthogonal test was used to screen the optimal liquid selenium enrichment condition of Morchella importuna.The results showed that the best liquid seleniumenriched culture conditions were:selenium concentration 20.0 mg/L,liquid loading 125.0 mL/250.0 mL,fermentation time 8 days,pH 7.0,and mycelial biomass under these conditions.It reached 11.304 g/L,the selenium content was 0.683 mg/g,and the selenium enrichment rate was 37.15%.The results of this experiment can provide reference for the preparation of selenium-rich Morchella importuna liquid strains and the deep fermentation of morel-rich selenium liquid.
