响应面法优化月季花中总黄酮的提取工艺

中文摘要: 采用响应面法优化月季花中总黄酮的提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇体积分数、提取温度、液料比、提取时间为主要因素,月季花中总黄酮提取率为响应值,通过Box-Behnkenn 响应面法研究月季花中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。月季花中总黄酮的最佳提取条件是:乙醇体积分数60%、提取温度87 ℃、液料比42 ∶1(mL/g)、提取时间85 min,该工艺条件下总黄酮的提取率为19.15 mg/g,与理论预测值相差不大。
Abstract:Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the extraction yield of total flavonoids from Rosa chinensis.The ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction time were used as four experimental factors with the extraction yield of total flavonoids as response value.A regression model for the yield of total flavonoids was established using a Box-Behnken design.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration was 60 %,extraction temperature was 87 ℃,liquid-to-solid ratio was 42 ∶1 (mL/g)and extraction time was 85 min.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids was 19.15 mg/g,which was consistent with the predicted results.
