响应面法优化商陆多糖提取工艺研究

中文摘要: 以商陆根为原材料,选取液料比、提取温度和提取时间为影响因素,以多糖的提取率为考查指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法探讨商陆多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,商陆多糖的最佳提取工艺为:液料比60∶1(mL/g)、提取时间3.5 h、提取温度70 ℃,在此条件下,商陆多糖的实际提取率为21.65%,与模型高度拟合。

Abstract:Using the roots as the material,the response surface method was applied to optimize the extraction technology of the total polysaccharide from Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.root based on the single factor experiments by choosing liquid material ratio,extracting temperatures and extracting time as impacting factors.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:liquid to solid ratio was 60∶1 (mL/g),the extraction time was 3.5 h,the extraction temperature was 70 ℃.Adopting these optimal extracting conditions,the yield of the total polysaccharide could reach to 21.65%and showed high fitting with the model.
