中文摘要: 建立一种用高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测法测定无糖型饮料中D-阿洛酮糖的方法。样品经20%乙腈提取后,由HLB 固相萃取小柱进行净化和富集,过滤膜后上机检测。检测结果表明,以乙腈∶水(30∶70,体积比)作为流动相,用蒸发光检测器检测,外标法峰面积定量,D-阿洛酮糖在0.01 g/100 mL~0.80 g/100 mL 浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r2 为0.999 4,检出限在0.002 g/100 mL,定量限为0.006 g/100 mL,加标回收率达到91.5%~94.2%。该方法适用于无糖型饮料中D-阿洛酮糖的定量检测。
Abstract:A method for the determination of D-psicose sugar in sugar-free beverages by high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light detection was established.After 20% acetonitrile extraction,the samples were purified and enriched by HLB solid phase extraction column,and then detected on the machine after filtration membrane.The separation of targeted compound used acetonitrile∶water (30∶70,volume ratio)as mobile phase,with evaporative light scattering detector and external standard method peak area quantification.The linear range of D-psicose was in the range of 0.01 g/100 mL-0.80 g/100 mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4.The detection limit was 0.002 g/100 mL and the quantitative limit was 0.006 g/100 mL.The recovery rate was 91.5 %-94.2 %.The method is suitable for the quantitative detection of D-psicose in sugar-free beverage.
