中文摘要: 环境雌激素指具有雌激素效应,能够模拟天然雌激素,干扰内分泌功能的一类化合物。它可通过干扰或阻断雌激素受体与内源性雌激素的相互作用,影响天然激素的合成、分泌、运输、反应和代谢等,从而导致生殖、神经和免疫系统等的异常。因此急需建立环境雌激素的快速检测方法。核酸适配体是在体外筛选得到的一小段寡核苷酸,能够与靶标高亲和力、高特异性的结合,具有靶标范围广、灵敏度高、易于修饰等优点,被广泛应用于环境雌激素快速检测。该文主要综述环境雌激素的分类、筛选以及适配体技术在环境雌激素快速检测中的应用。

Abstract:Environment estrogens have estrogen effect which can simulate natural hormones and influence vital endocrine functions.Environment estrogens interfere the hormones synthesis,secretion,transport,reaction and metabolism by mimicing or blocking the interaction of the endogenous hormones and the hormone's receptor,therefore it can lead to abnormal phenomena of genital,nervous,and immunologic system.Hence,it is necessary to establish rapid methods for environment estrogens detection.Aptamers are DNA or RNA sequences were selected in vitro for their ability to bind targets with high affinity and specificity.Aptamers have been widely used in analysis field because of its target diversity,high sensitivity,and easy to modified for applications.The classification and selection of environment estrogens,and aptasensor application in environment estrogens rapid detection methods were summarized.
