中文摘要: 该文将德氏乳杆菌QS306 分别在MRS 培养基和脱脂乳培养基进行培养,然后进行醇沉,透析并用苯酚硫酸法测定胞外多糖的产量且进行抗氧化活性的研究。结果表明,脱脂乳培养基中胞外多糖的产量是MRS 培养基中胞外多糖产量的5 倍;脱脂乳培养基中所产胞外多糖对DPPH·和OH·的清除能力比MRS 培养基中所产的胞外多糖的清除能力好,并且具有较强的还原力。因此在脱脂乳培养基中培养的德氏乳杆菌QS306所产的胞外多糖产量高且具有较好的抗氧化活性。
Abstract:Lactobacillus delbrueckii QS306 was cultured in MRS medium and skim milk medium,followed by alcohol precipitation,dialysis and determination of the yield of exopoly saccharides by phenol sulfuric acid method and the study of antioxidant activity.The results showed that the yield of exopoly saccharides in skim milk medium was 5 times that of exopoly saccharides in MRS medium.The scavenging ability of exopoly saccharides produced in skim milk medium was better than in MRS medium for DPPH·and OH·.The exopoly saccharides produced in the MRS medium had a good scavenging ability and a strong reducing power.Therefore,the exopoly saccharides produced by Lactobacillus delbrueckii QS306 cultured in skim milk medium has a high yield and has good antioxidant activity.
