中文摘要: 从新鲜海鱼的鱼鳃、鱼肠和鱼鳞中分离17 株海洋发光细菌;从生长和发光两方面研究17 株发光细菌对百菌清的敏感特性,同时进行形态学鉴定、16S rDNA 序列测定、16S rDNA 序列系统发育分析、限制片段长度多态性(amplified ribosome DNA restriction analysis,ARDRA)分析,确定了6株对百菌清敏感的发光细菌及其分类地位。6株百菌清敏感发光细菌的发光强度均在试验浓度范围内随百菌清浓度增大而降低。鉴定结果显示,6株百菌清敏感发光细菌为包括Vibrio fischeri、Vibrio nigripulchritudo、Vibrio crassostreae 和Vibrio toranzoniae 在内的4 株弧菌属细菌,以及假单胞菌属的Pseudoalteromonas issachenkonii 和发光杆菌属的Photobacterium phosphoreum。

Abstract:17 marine luminous bacteria were isolated from gills,intestines and scales of fresh sea fish,and their sensitivity to chlorothalonil were studied by detecting both growth and luminescence. At the same time,morphological identification,16S rDNA sequence determination,16S rDNA sequence phylogenetic analysis,and amplified ribosome DNA restriction analysis (ARDRA)were carried out. 6 luminous bacteria sensitive to chlorothalonil were identified. The luminous intensity of 6 strains sensitive to chlorothalonil decreased with the increasing of chlorothalonil concentration. Identificaion results showed that 4 strains of 6 luminous bacteria belonged to Vibrio genus,including Vibrio fischeri,Vibrio nigripulchritudo,Vibrio crassostreae and Vibrio toranzoniae,and the other 2 strains were Pseudoalteromonas issachenkonii and Photobacterium phosphoreum.
