中文摘要: 以黄颡鱼为研究对象,研究其在0、3、6℃3个不同温度组无水保活过程中存活率、O2消耗量、CO2含量、肌糖原含量、腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(ATP)含量和乳酸含量等指标的变化,探索温度对黄颡鱼无水保活因素的影响。结果表明:黄颡鱼成活率在保活过程中呈下降趋势,保活24 h时,0℃组成活率仍为100%,而6℃组已下降至85.71%。O2消耗量随保活时间的延长逐渐降低,CO2含量随保活时间的延长逐渐上升。肌糖原随保活时间的延长逐渐降低,0℃组下降速度最快,6℃组下降速度最慢。ATP和乳酸含量的变化趋势一致,随保活时间的延长先升高后降低,在保活12 h之前ATP和乳酸含量是逐渐增加的,6℃组ATP和乳酸含量上升速率最快,0℃组ATP和乳酸含量的上升速率最慢,且在相同的保活时间下两组有明显差异(P<0.05),12 h后ATP和乳酸含量逐渐下降。综上所述,黄颡鱼最适无水保活温度为0℃。
Abstract:The yellow catfish as the research object,to study the changes in the index at 0,3℃and 6℃ three different temperature group keeping alive without water in the process of survival rate,O2consumption,CO2content,muscle glycogen content,Adenosine triphosphate (ATP)content and lactic acid content,to explore the effect of temperature on yellow catfish keeping alive without water factors.The results showed that the Pelteobagrus fulvidraco survival rate showed a downward trend in the process of keeping alive,keep alive 24 h,0℃the survival rate was 100%,while the 6℃group has dropped to 85.71%degrees.The consumption of O2gradually decreased with the prolonging of preservation time,and the content of CO2increased gradually with the prolonging of living time.The original muscle decreased gradually with prolonged time keeping alive,0℃group decreased the fastest and the slowest 6℃ group.The same trended of ATP and the content of lactic acid,with the extension of the keep alive time increased first and then decreased,in keeping alive before 12 h ATP and lactic acid increased gradually,6℃ group ATP and lactic acid content of the rising rate of the fastest,0℃group ATP and lactate increased rate of the slowest,and keep alive time under the same two groups had significant difference (P<0.05),12 h ATP and lactic acid content decreased.To sum up,the most suitable Pelteoba-grus fulvidraco keeping alive without water temperature was 0℃.
