中文摘要: 建立山药、山药皮和零余子中无机元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)分析方法,并对其中无机元素进行分析比较。样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-MS法测定山药、山药皮和零余子中无机元素的含量,并用SPSS 20.0对数据进行方差分析。山药、山药皮和零余子中含量较高的无机元素为 K、P、Mg、Fe、Al、Zn;其中重金属元素 Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu 均符合限量标准;方差分析表明山药皮中大多数无机元素与山药和零余子具有极显著性差异,而山药与零余子之间是显著性差异。山药皮和零余子与山药一样具有很高的营养价值,在生产过程中具有很好的开发价值和应用前景。

Abstract:To establish a method for simultaneous analysis on the inorganic elements in yam,yam peel,and yam bulbils by ICP-MS(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry)and compare the inorganic elements in yam,yam peel,and yam bulbils.The sample solutions were analyzed by ICP-MS after microwave digestion.The datas of variance analysis were analyzed with the SPSS 20.0 software.The inorganic elements with high content of yam,yam peel,and yam bulbils were K,P,Mg,Fe,Al,Zn;the heavy metal elements Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu meet the limit standard.The variance analysis showed that most of the inorganic elements in the yam peel were very significantly different from those of yam and yam bulbils,and there was a significant difference between yam and yam bulbils.The yam peel and the yam bulbils have the same high nutritional value as the yam,and have good development value and application prospect in the production process.
