中文摘要: 确定蓝莓酒肝清胶囊的最佳制备工艺。采用L9(34)正交设计法进行试验,以指标成分含量及提取率为考察指标,利用综合评分法对数据进行分析,优选最佳提取工艺。考察粉末的流动性,辅料用量,测定胶囊的水分和装量差异;醇提最佳工艺为70%乙醇,料液比1∶15(g/mL),回流提取2次,每次3 h。水提最佳工艺为料液比1∶15(g/mL),水煎提取3次,每次3 h。最佳成型工艺为可溶性淀粉与干浸膏粉末按质量比1∶1混匀,制得的填充粉末流动性好,吸湿性较小;蓝莓酒肝清胶囊的制备工艺切实可行。
Abstract:The preparation of blueberry Jiuganqing capsule was determined.The orthogonal experimental design was carried out in our present study.In addition,the contents of the indicator component and the yield of extraction were used as the evaluating indexes,and the multiple guidelines grading method was also used to optimize extraction technology,by investigating angle of repose,accessories amount,content of moisture,and content of uniformity.The best alcohol extraction technology was showed in our present study,as follow:the concentrationofalcoholwas70%,theliquid-solidratiowas1∶15(g/mL),refluxedfor2timesand3 hours everytime.The best water extraction technology was also showed as follow:the liquid-solid ratio was 1∶15(g/mL),water extracted for 3 times and 3 hours every time.The best forming process of the capsules was that the soluble starch and the dry extract powder were mixed in 1∶1 mass ratio.The obtained powder had good fluidity and less hygroscopicity.The preparation technology of blueberry Jiuganqing capsule was feasible,and had obvious effect of preventing alcoholic liver injury.
