中文摘要: 应用超声波微波复合法提取青钱柳叶超微粉多糖,试验在不同提取时间、液料比、超声波功率和微波功率等条件下测定多糖的提取率,选出最佳超声波-微波协同提取工艺。超声波微波辅助提取法的最佳工艺为超声功率360 W,微波功率100 W,处理时间20 min,多糖得率高达10.02%。对热水法和超声波微波法提取的多糖进行抗氧化,抗肿瘤和降血糖的活性测定,试验结果显示青钱柳多糖具有很强的抗氧化性,较弱的抗肿瘤活性和很强的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制能力。超声波微波提取的青钱柳多糖其生物活性显著高于热水法提取的多糖。试验结果表明超声波微波提取法不但效率高,而且可以提高多糖的活性。
Abstract:Ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of polysaccharides from Cyclocarya paliurus was proposed.The optimal conditions of extraction time,solvent-to-solid ratio,ultrasonic power and microwave power for extracting polysaccharides from Cyclocarya paliurus were studied,respectively.The combined use of ultrasonic and microwave provided a time-saving and high-yield method for polysaccharides extraction from Cyclocarya paliurus.The optimal conditions of extraction was ultrasonic power 360 W,microwave power 100 W and the treatment time 20 min,the yield extraction of polysaccharides was 10.02%.The antioxidant,antitumor activity and hypoglycemic activity of the polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus were studied,the polysaccharides had very strong antioxidant ability,low antitumor activity and high hypoglycemic activity.The polysaccharide extracted by ultrasonic microwave method exhibited higher activity.The results showed the method was not only efficient,but also can improve the activity of polysaccharides.
