Abstract:The nutritional value of aquatic products are rich and taste delicious，so it is loved by consumers.However，with the rapid development of social industrialization，pollution of heavy metals in aquatic environment has deteriorated increasingly.The content of heavy metals in aquatic products had attracted wide attention from all sectors of society，and it had become one of the important reasons restricting food safety of aquatic products.The types of aquatic products that residents consume in daily life and nutrient characteristics were introduced；the origin and harm of the heavy metals，characteristics of heavy metals content in aquatic products and control measures were summarized in this paper.The management of heavy metals are summarized and prospected in the last.
