中文摘要: 观察原花青素白藜芦醇浆对急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用,并探讨其机制。采用酒精灌胃法建立大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型。50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组(n=10):正常对照组、急性酒精肝损伤模型组、原花青素白藜芦醇浆低、中、高剂量(0.5、1.5、4.5 g/kg)组。测定并比较各组大鼠肝脏/体重比,血清丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)水平,血清和肝匀浆超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。与模型组比较,原花青素白藜芦浆可降低大鼠肝脏指数,降低血清ALT、AST水平和血清及肝脏MDA含量,提高血清及肝脏SOD活性。原花青素白藜芦醇浆可通过清除自由基、抗脂质过氧化对大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤起到保护作用。
Abstract:To observe the protective effect and to investigate the mechanism of proanthocyanidins resveratrol pulp on acute alcohol-induced hepatic injury in rats.Acute hepatic injury models were induced by infusing alcohol into stomach of rats.Fifry male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,acute liver injury model group,and low,middle,high doses of proanthocyanidins resveratrol pulp (0.5,1.5,4.5 g/kg)groups.Theratios of liver weight/body weight,serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum and liver homogenate were assayed and compared between groups.Compared with model group,proanthocyanidins resveratrol pulp could obviously reduce the ratios of liver weight/body weight,serum levels of ALT and AST,MDA contents in serum and liver,elevate the serum and liver activity of SOD.Proanthocyanidins Resveratrol pulp can protect from the acute alcohol-induced hepatic injury in rats by scavenging free radicals and inhibiting hepatic lipid peroxidation.
