Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the nutritional and health effects of jujube juice and its influ－ ence on the blood lipid level of mice. The results showed that the jujube juice mice body weight， hemoglobin and red blood cells was significantly higher than the model group， that jujube juice could promote the growth and development of mice juice and blood; hyperlipemia mice fed drink jujube juice， by comparing with the nor－ mal group and model group comparison could significantly reduce hyperlipidemia mice serum cholesterol serum triglyceride， low density lipoprotein， atherosclerosis index， increase high-density lipoprotein， indicating that jujube juice has a certain lipid-lowering effect and risk caused by high fat diet atherosclerosis has a certain ex－ tent.
