中文摘要: 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定沙葱样品中铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)和镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)含量 的方法。样品加 HNO3 和 H2O2后采用微波消解进行预处理,探索了微波消解样品的实验条件,并对 ICP-MS 工作参数 进行优化和选择。结果表明:该方法测定沙葱中 5 种元素的线性关系良好(r=0. 999 7~0.999 9),方法检出限为 0.001 5 μg /L~ 0. 010 1 μg /L,重复性实验的相对标准偏差为 1. 3 %~3.4 %,回收率为 97.85 %~100.09 %。
Abstract:The method of simultaneous determination of 5 heavy metals (Ni, Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu) in Allium mon- golicum regel by inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy (ICP-MS) was studied. The sample of Allium mongolicum regel after added into HNO3 and H2O2 was pre-processed by means of microwave dissolving tech- nique. The experimental conditions of the microwave digestion sample were researched and the experimental pa- rameters of ICP-MS were discussed and optimized. The results showed that the determined method of the simul- taneous determination of 5 heavy metals in Allium mongolicum regel had good linear relationship (r=0.999 7-0.999 9), the detection limit of the method was 0.0015 μg/L-0.010 1 μg /L, the relative standard derivation of the developed method was 1.3 % -3.4 %, its mean recovery was 97.85 % -100.09 %, the measured value of the standard matter in agreement with the standard value.
