中文摘要: 神香草是新疆特有的芳香植物,神香草精油用途广泛,经济价值极高。研究了先用微波处理,再用亚临界萃 取技术提取神香草精油的工艺。结果表明:以 1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷为萃取剂,在 480 W 的微波强度下处理 2 min,再选 择 1.5∶1(mL/g)的液料比、0.4 MPa 的萃取压力,在 45 ℃下萃取 60 min,神香草精油得率可达 3.232 %,呈淡黄色,香味 清新自然。
Abstract:Hyssopus officinalis is unique aromatic plant in Xinjiang,hyssopus oil is widely used,high economic value. Hyssopus officinalis was managed by microwave processing,then extracted by subcritical extraction tech- nology. The results showed that the essential oil yield got to 3.232 % in light yellow and fresh perfume, extracted by the 1,1,1,2- tetrafluoroethane and dealed 2 min inmicrowave intensity of 480 W, then extracted 60 min at 45 ℃ with liquid material ratio of 1.5∶1(mL/g)and extraction pressure 0.4 MPa.
