中文摘要: 采用固相萃取联合气相色谱质谱法 （Solid Phase Extraction-Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry， SPE-GC/ MS）对市售方便面油包中的 16 种塑化剂（Phthalates， PAEs）含量进行检测，以了解市售方便面油包中塑化剂污染情 况。结果表明：方便面塑料油包 35 份，检出 PAEs 的样本 32 份，总体检出率为 91.4 %。共检出 3 种 PAEs，分别为邻苯 二甲酸二甲酯（Dimethyl phthalate， DMP）、邻苯二甲酸二（2-乙基）己酯（Diethylhexyl phtalate， DEHP）和邻苯二甲酸二 丁酯（Dibutyl phthalate， DBP），检出率分别为 74.3 %、88.6 %和 2.9 %。检出浓度分别为：0.087 mg/kg~0.337 mg/kg、0.040 mg/kg~0.949 mg/kg 和 0.064 mg/kg。35 份调料油中检出 35 份，检出率为 100 %。共检出 3 种 PAEs，分别为邻苯二 甲酸二乙丁酯（Diisobutyl phthalate， DIBP）、DBP 和 DEHP，检出率分别为 100 %、100 %和 91.4 %。检出浓度分别为：0.058 mg/kg~0.204 mg/kg、0.080 mg/kg~2.870 mg/kg 和 0.061 mg/kg~0.344 mg/kg。从检验结果看，塑料油包普遍存在添加 DMP 和 DEHP 的情况，调料油受 DIBP、DBP 和 DEHP 的污染也比较严重。
Abstract:16 plasticizers were analyzed by SPE-GC/MS to investigate and evaluate the pollution status of ph－ thalate esters （PAEs）in oil bags of instant noodles. The results showed that plasticizers were detected in 32 of 35 samples and the detection rate was 91.4 %. The detection rates of DMP， DEHP and DBP were 74.3 %， 88.6 % and 2.9 % respectively. The concentrations were 0.087 mg/kg -0.337 mg/kg， 0.040 mg/kg -0.949 mg/kg and 0.064 mg/kg， respectively. 35 seasoning oil detection rate was 100 % . Three kinds of PAEs were detected， which were DIBP， DBP and DEHP. The detection rates were 100 %， 100 % and 91.4 % respectively. The con－ centrations were 0.058 mg/kg-0.204 mg/kg， 0.080 mg/kg-2.870 mg/kg and 0.061 mg/kg-0.344 mg/kg， respec－ tively. From the test results， the plastic oil bag to add the prevalence of DMP and DEHP situation， seasoning oil by DIBP， DBP and DEHP pollution is also more serious.
