中文摘要: 不少微量元素是人体正常生理功能必需的营养要素,人体缺乏会引起严重的疾病。用有益微生物作为生物 载体,富集微量元素,将无机态转化成人体能够吸收利用的有机态,人们进行了大量研究,并试验研发功能性保健食 品和药品。以前期进行的工作和查阅大量的相关资料,对国内现在的研发概况和对今后开发的愿景作一简要的概述, 以期与同行学者研究交流。

Abstract:Many trace elements are indispensible to the normal physiological function of the human body. Nev- ertheless, lacking of those elements can cause serious diseases. If the beneficial microorganism is served as bio- logical carrier, the trace elements will be enriched and the state of it will be transformed from inorganic state in- to organic state which will enable the body to absorb it. Therefore, there has been a lot of research and develop- ment in testing of functional health food and medicine. Based on the author's research team's works and access to a large number of relevant information, in this article, a brief overview was given about the current research and development situation and the vision for the future development in China, with a view to the exchange of peer scholar.
