襄麦冬多糖提取工艺的研究

中文摘要: 以襄麦冬多糖的得率为指标,硫酸-蒽酮法测定多糖含量,采用正交设计法,对料液比,提取温度,提取时 间3 个因素进行考察,优化多糖提取工艺参数。襄麦冬多糖得率的最优工艺为:料液比 1 ∶ 30(mg/mL),提取温度 80 ℃,提 取时间 120 min。在此条件下襄麦冬多糖的提取率最高为 46.03 %。

Abstract:Polysaccharide content isolated from Liriope Spicata Lour. var. Prolifera Y. T. Ma was determined by the anthrone sulfuric acid method, the three factors including material liquid ratio, extraction temperature and time were studied via orthogonal design and the optimized polysaccharide extraction parameters were acquired as follows: material liquid ratio was 1 ∶ 30(mg/mL), extraction temperature was 80 ℃, extraction time was 120 min. According to the optimized condition, polysaccharide extraction rate reached the highest value 46.03 %.
