中文摘要: 乳品发生细菌污染可产生严重后果,威胁消费者健康。为提高乳品中细菌的检测精度,减少检测误差,我们开 发一种自动识别检测方法。该方法采用图像采集识别技术与快速基因检测技术相结合的方法,实现自动识别乳品细菌 总数、活菌数和细菌种类的目的,与经典的检测方法相比符合率达到 99 %以上,具有实时、快速、便捷、经济的优点,适 合推广使用。
Abstract:Dairy bacteria pollution could caused serious consequences, threatened the consumers health. To im- prove the accuracy ofbacteria detection in dairy products, and reduced detection error , an automatic identifi- cation detection methodwere developed. The method uses image acquisition and recognition technology com- bined with rapid gene detection technology to realize the purpose of automatically identifying the total number of bacteria, number of viable bacteria and bacteria species. Compared with the classical detection method, the co incidence rate is more than 99 %, and had fast, convenient, economic advantages, suitable for promotion and use.
