中文摘要: 以分心木为材料,辅助超声波技术提取多酚研究,结合单因素和正交试验,确定多酚提取的最佳工艺组合为料 液比 1 ∶ 40(g/mL),乙醇浓度 30 %,超声 15 min,提取温度为 50 ℃。用 FRAP、DPPH 和 ABTS 3 种方法测定了分心木多酚 的抗氧化能力并用 Folin-Ciocalteu 法测定其总酚含量。结果表明分心木多酚在抗氧化能力和总酚含量方面是很好的抗 氧化剂来源。

Abstract:This paper reported the use of single-factor and orthogonal array design methods to optimize the in- tegrated ultrasonicassisted extraction of phenolic contents in Diaphragma juglandis Fructus. The optimal techno- logical conditions for extracting phenolic contents in Diaphragma juglandis Fructus were as follows: the ratio of material to solvent was 1 ∶ 40(g/mL), ethanol concentration was 30 %, extraction time was 15 min, and extrac- tion temperature was 50 ℃. FRAP, DPPH and ABTS methods were used to determine the antioxidant activities of phenolic contents in Semen juglandis, and Folin-Ciocaheu method was used to determine the total phenolic contents. Results indicated that phenolic contents in Diaphragma juglandis Fructus were significant sources of antioxidants in terms of their antioxidant activities and total phenolic contents.
