硫酸化黑木耳多糖的辐射防护作用研究

中文摘要: 为考察硫酸化黑木耳多糖对 60Co-γ 射线辐射损伤小鼠的防护作用。以硫酸化黑木耳多糖为受试物,用 60Co-γ 射线对小鼠进行一次性全身辐射,对小鼠的免疫指标,血清中 SOD 活力、MDA 含量,骨髓 DNA 含量和骨髓微核率进行 测定。结果表明:硫酸化黑木耳多糖对 60Co-γ 射线辐射损伤小鼠的单核细胞吞噬能力、血清 SOD 活性有明显的促进作 用,并且能够增加小鼠免疫器官指数和骨髓 DNA 含量,减少血清 MDA 含量和骨髓微核率,减轻辐射诱导机体的氧化损 伤。结论证实,硫酸化黑木耳多糖对 60Co-γ 射线辐射损伤小鼠具有良好的防护作用。

Abstract:In order to investigate the protective effect of sulfated Auricularia auricular polysaccharides on in- jured mice induced by 60Co-γ. Sulfated Auricularia auricular polysaccharides were orally administered to groups of mice. After being exposed wholely to 60Co-γ,immune parameters, SOD and MDA in serum ,DNA and mi- cronuclear rates in marrow were examined. Results showed that sulfated Auricularia auricular polysaccharides could increase the phagocytosis ability of monocyte and SOD activity in serum, decrease the formation of mi- cronuclei in bone marrow and MDA in serum and reduce the oxidative damage of body induced by radiation. The conclusion of this experiment verified the fact that sulfated Auricularia auricular polysaccharides has protective effect on damaged male induced by 60Co-γ.
