中文摘要: 清楚了解荷叶降脂、抗氧化的作用情况。检索、查询近十年国内外荷叶研究文献,并按荷叶不同活性成分的降 脂和抗氧化作用情况、提取工艺对荷叶降脂、抗氧化作用的影响进行列表综述。荷叶生物碱和黄酮均有降脂、抗氧化的 作用,但两者的侧重点不同,生物碱的降脂作用强,黄酮的抗氧化作用强。以醇/水溶剂加热回流提取法提取荷叶黄酮提 取率高,且提取物抗氧化作用强;以加酸回流提取法提取生物碱降脂作用强。荷叶的医疗、保健使用要注意其主要活性 成分的来源。

Abstract:Clearly understand the effect of fall fat, antioxidant effect of the lotus leaf. We have retrieved and consulted literatures in containing lotus leaf experiments in recent ten years at home and abroad. Two aspects have been reviewed: the effects of fall fat and antioxidant of lotus leaf from different active ingredients; the ef- fects of fall fat and antioxidant from different extraction. Both alkaloids and flavonoids of lotus leaf have the ef- fect of fall fat and antioxidant, but the main effect of the alkaloid and flavonoids is different, lipid-lowering ef- fect of alkaloids is strong, and the antioxidant effect of flavonoids is strong. The extraction rate of flavonoids is high by using alcohol/water solvent heating reflux extraction from lotus leaf, and the antioxidant effect of lotus leaf extracts is strong; the fall fat effect of alkaloids is strong by reflux extraction with adding acid from lotus leaf. Attention should be paid to their main medical care source of the active ingredients of lotus leaf.
