玛咖石油醚提取物抗疲劳的影响及组分分析

中文摘要: 利用长时间游泳制备小鼠运动疲劳模型,探讨玛咖石油醚提取物对抗运动性疲劳的功效及可能机制。结果显 示,补充玛咖石油醚提取物可以显著延长负重力竭游泳时间,显著降低血乳酸、血氨和血乳酸脱氢酶,增加非酯化脂肪 酸和肝糖原含量,而血尿素氮和血糖无显著性差异。高效液相色谱和气相色谱-质谱分析显示玛咖石油醚提取物含有脂 肪酸和约 20 %玛咖酰胺。

Abstract:This study investigated the effects of maca petroleum ether extract (MPE) on exercised-induced fatigue in mice to characterize its effective constituents and anti -fatigue mechanisms. Results suggested that supplementation with MPE could significantly extend the weight -loaded swimming time; reduce the serum lactic acid (LD), blood ammonia (BA), serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH); increase the non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA), liver glycogen (LG) levels; nevertheless, the levels of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and glucose were not significantly different compared with the control group. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS) analysis showed that MPE contained about fatty acids and 20 % macamides.
