中文摘要: 糖尿病一直是威胁人类健康的重要因素之一,全球对预防及治疗糖尿病都引起了高度重视。许多植物源食物 在对防治糖尿病、控制血糖等方面起到了积极作用。对我国特色药食同源植物性食物淮山中山药多糖、黄酮类化合物、 薯蓣皂苷等功能成分的研究进展进行综述,并展望之后的研究方向。

Abstract:Diabetes has been one of the important factors that threatens human's health. Global people pay high attention to prophylaxis and treatment of diabetes. Many plant source of food have played a positive role in prophylaxis and treatment of diabetes and controling bood sugar, etc. Yam which is a Characteristics of our country medicine edible plant food has functional component, such as polysaccharide, flavonoids, saponins content and so on. The research of these functional component had been summarized and the later research direction had been looking forward to as well.
