中文摘要: 采用 L9(34)正交试验法,先探究料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对醇提皂苷效果的影响,再探究料液 比、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对水提多糖效果的影响,确定了最优的黄芪皂苷和多糖的综合提取工艺。得出最佳 优化工艺为先用 75 %乙醇以料液比 1 ∶ 10(g/mL),提取温度 70 ℃,提取时间 2 h,提取 3 次,醇提后药材经烘干处理后再 用纯水以料液比 1 ∶ 6(g/mL),提取温度 100 ℃,提取时间 2 h,提取 2 次。
Abstract:Using the methods of L9(34) orthogonal test to explore the influence factors of the material liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times on the effect of alcohol extraction of saponins.Then studied on the influence factors of the material liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction times on the effect of water extraction of polysaccharides after drying herbs. Optimize comprehensive extracting technique of astragalus polysaccharides and saponins was determined. The optimal extractive conditions obtained were: making the 75 % alcohol extraction first, ratio of solid to liquid in 1 ∶ 10(g/mL), extract at 70 ℃,2 hours for three times, then using water extraction after drying herbs, ratio of solid to liquid in 1 ∶ 6(g/mL),extract at 100 ℃,2 hours for two times.
