中文摘要: 利用文献计量法,基于中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台以及Web of Science(WOS)对高光谱成像技术在食品领域应用的数据进行筛选,并对数据进行可视化分析。结果表明,国内外对于高光谱成像技术在食品领域的研究发文量较多,且总体呈增长趋势。国外跨团队合作较多,而国内跨团队交流有待加强。高光谱成像技术在国内外食品领域的研究热点分别为无损检测和食品安全。随着高光谱成像技术的不断发展,其在食品领域的研究将有较强的应用前景。
Abstract:Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang Data,and Web of Science(WOS),the data on the application of hyperspectral imaging technology in the food industry were screened by bibliometric methods,and the data were subjected to visualization. The results showed that a large number of research papers on this subject existed in both China and the rest of the world,with an overall increasing tendency. There was more cross-team cooperation abroad,which needed to be strengthened in China. The research hotspots of the subject in China and other countries were non-destructive testing and food safety,respectively.With the continuous development of hyperspectral imaging technology,it shows significant potential for food industry research.
