莲房原花青素的超声波辅助提取及其稳定性研究

中文摘要: 莲房中含有丰富的原花青素,该文以莲房为原料,采用超声波辅助法提取莲房中的原花青素,在单因素试验结果的基础上,设计正交试验对提取工艺参数进行优化,以确定超声波辅助提取莲房原花青素的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,超声波辅助法提取莲房原花青素的最佳工艺参数为乙醇体积分数50%、料液比1∶25(g/mL)、超声功率250 W、超声时间30 min,在此条件下,莲房原花青素的提取率为6.45%。对莲房原花青素的稳定性进行分析,结果表明高温及太阳光线对莲房原花青素的稳定性影响较大。

Abstract:Lotus seed pots are rich in procyanidins. In this study,a lotus seed pot was used as raw material to extract procyanidins by an ultrasonic assisted method. Based on the results of a single factor experiment,an orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the extraction process parameters,thus enabling us to determine the optimal process conditions for ultrasonic assisted extraction of procyanidins. Results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were 50% ethanol volume fraction,1∶25(g /mL)solid-liquid ratio,250 W ultrasonic power,and 30 min ultrasonic time,and the extraction rate was 6.45%. The stability of rosette procyanidins was analyzed,with results showing that high temperatures and sun rays had considerable effects on the stability of rosette procyanidins.
