高良姜精油和纯露的体外抗氧化活性及酪氨酸酶抑制活性研究

中文摘要: 以超临界流体辅助提取的高良姜精油和纯露为研究对象,测定其总抗氧化能力、ABTS+自由基清除能力、DPPH 自由基清除能力、羟自由基清除能力,并与水蒸气蒸馏法所得高良姜精油和纯露比较,结果表明,采用超临界法辅助提取的高良姜精油和纯露具有比采用传统的水蒸气蒸馏法所得的对应样品更佳的体外抗氧化活性;超临界辅助提取高良姜精油对L-酪氨酸酶的抑制率,最高约为64%,明显高于阳性对照熊果苷对L-酪氨酸酶的抑制率。
Abstract:The total antioxidant capacity,ABTS +free radical scavenging capacity,DPPH free radical scavenging capacity and hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity of the essential oil and hydrolate of Alpina officinarum Hance extracted by supercritical fluid were measured. The results showed that the essential oil and hydrolate of Alpina officinarum Hance extracted by supercritical fluid had better in vitro antioxidant activity,compared with the samples extracted by steam distillation.The inhibitory activity of L-tyrosinase in essential oil of Alpinia officinarum Hance by supercritical extraction was determined,and the highest inhibition rate of Ltyrosinase was about 64%,which was significantly higher than that of arbutin.
