中文摘要: 采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用法(high-performance liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence spectrometry,HPLC-AFS)测定鸡肝中的阿散酸、硝苯砷酸和洛克沙砷,通过建立评估的测量模型,分析不确定度的主要来源,计算不确定度的各主要分量,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明:引起测量不确定度的最主要因素是测定浓度c值时用最小二乘法拟合标准工作曲线所引入的不确定度。计算得到在鸡肝中的阿散酸、硝苯砷酸和洛克沙砷的总量为0.865 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.230 mg/kg,包含因子k为2。该评估系统可为今后采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用法测定鸡肝中的阿散酸、硝苯砷酸和洛克沙砷的不确定度评估提供参考。
Abstract:A method for the determination of p-arsanilic acid,4-nitrophenylarsonic acid,3-nitro-4-hydroxyphenylarsonic acid in chicken liver by high-performance liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed.The main sources of uncertainty were analyzed and the main components of uncertainty were calculated,the resultant uncertainty and the extended uncertainty were obtained.The results showed that the most important factor causing the measurement uncertainty was the uncertainty introduced by fitting the standard working curve with the least squares when measuring the c value of the concentration.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.230 mg/kg and the inclusion factor k was 2 when the total content of p-arsanilic acid,4-nitrophenylarsonic acid,3-nitro-4-hydroxy-phenylarsonic acid in chicken liver was 0.865 mg/kg.The evaluation system could be used to provide a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of the determination of p-arsanilic acid,4-nitrophenylarsonic acid,3-nitro-4-hydroxy-phenylarsonic acid in chicken liver by highperformance liquid chromatography.
